Our Mission

Family First Recreation (FFR) is a family oriented Non-profit organization dedicated to educate, train and empower young athletes while giving back to the youth in the surrounding Four Corners Area community of Florida.

Our vision is to be Four Corners Florida leading Basketball League renowned for a strong association with its community and a long tradition of developing young talent that play basketball. Which set the standards of excellence in a safe, fun, and competitive learning environment for all levels of youth athletes.by providing first class programs, professional instruction, and life skills.

FFR is committed to providing your student athletes the motivation, opportunity and access to play sports while becoming responsible and disciplined members of society in a safe environment regardless of their race, sex and zip code. 

We share your excitement and your child's anticipation for the upcoming season! This program has been designed to instill in your children a positive attitude, good sportsmanship, sound fundamentals, confidence and high moral standards. 

Our club is divided into age-specific teams: elementary grade 1-5 (ages 6-10), Middle School grade 6-8 (ages 11-14), high school grade 9-12 (ages 15-18). Teams are usually co-ed up to and including H.S., and we also field a girls-only team when numbers permit. 

Donations received will go towards sponsorship for those who are not financially able to participate in our programs as well as items needed to ensure a safe and fun environment for our athletes and families! (ex: team needs, training equipment).

We greatly appreciate the love and support from our community and any and all donations are always greatly appreciated and cherished!

Due to the size of the program, there will be no special requests taken to be placed on a specific team with a coach, a child or a ride share. The only exception will be for siblings to be placed on the same team if they are in the same age group or division. Rosters will be finalized on March 15th and coaches will be in contact with their players; if no contact has been made please call 352-255-6123 after March 18th. 

It is the sole responsibility of the parent to provide transportation for their child to and from practices and games. 

Uniforms: Jersey and shorts will be provided. Your child’s exact size cannot be guaranteed. To ensure that all teams receive their uniforms in a timely manner, uniforms will be ordered based on average sizes.
